This is the second in my 4-part series about my flower pendants.
For the first one, click here.
(And, as before, sorry for the lousy photos.)
Enjoy!

Evolution of a Flower Pendant - Part 1
I don't really have time to create a proper tutorial for this but if you have any experience with polymer clay you should be able to figure it out. I made this pendant and 3 others in the same colors at the same time. I will spread them out over the next week or so.
There is a photo for each layer of clay that I put on the pendant. Sorry the photos are dark and somewhat blurry. My new craft room is darker than my old and I keep forgetting to turn on all the lights for the photography.
Anyway...
Enjoy!

Seriously?
I've said it before and I'll say it again: Why do they call it the "terrible twos" when the threes are so much worse? And I think this kid is the worst of the bunch! I no longer have a studio with a door so set up a 2 1/2 foot tall board between some furniture to at least keep the little one out. Sometimes we move the board out of the way to get in and out easier. Well, yesterday one of the kids left the board out of the way and guess who took full advantage of the situation. Of course, I thought she was upstairs playing with her siblings.
Anyway, here's the cheap part of the mess:
And here's the expensive part:
And here's what's left:
The canes all over were already there so at least she didn't do that part!
I've had a lot of people tell me they don't know how I do it all. Trust me, I wonder that myself on a regular basis!
Enjoy! (Hopefully I will someday!)

Anyway, here's the cheap part of the mess:
I was able to salvage about half of the glitter. |
And here's the expensive part:
Pearl-Ex Powders - these things cost about $2 per bottle... |
And here's what's left:
There were about 5 more empties under the table. |
